Making Space for Growth
Where will this take me?

I may not know exactly where this is taking me🤍
What if letting go is not about losing what we love, but about making space for what wants to grow?
There are moments when life quietly tells us: this cannot continue in the same way.
Not because something is wrong.
Not because we have failed.
But because we have changed.
And sometimes the hardest part of transformation is not stepping into the unknown. It is saying goodbye to the version of life we once knew — even when we still love it deeply.
I have learned that change is not always about leaving something behind.
Sometimes it is about saying goodbye to the way something used to be.
This has become deeply present in my own life — in my marriage, in my work with Aroma Flow and flower remedies, and most importantly, in my relationship with myself.
When life changes around us, it can be tempting to look outside ourselves for reassurance. To ask: Am I doing the right thing? Is this still the right path? Will everything be okay?
But perhaps one of the deeper invitations of change is learning to listen differently
To listen inwardly
To feel the resistance without immediately trying to remove it. To acknowledge the sadness for what was, while also allowing ourselves to experience the energy of what is becoming.
I believe that both can exist at the same time.
We can love what has been and still grow beyond it.
We can honour a relationship and allow it to change.
We can deeply believe in our work and still recognise that the way we have always worked may no longer be the way we need to work in the future.
For me, this is where my oils and flower remedies have become such beautiful companions.
They do not tell me what to do.
They invite me to feel
An aroma can open a memory, soften something that has been held tightly, bring me back into my body or simply create a little more space around an emotion. A flower remedy can become a quiet reminder and protection for the new frequentie. That I do not have to have everything figured out before I take the next step.
I have always experienced plants as willing companions on our journey.
They travel with us.
Through endings. Through beginnings. Through uncertainty. Through transformation.
And perhaps that is what I am learning now: I do not need to know exactly what the new chapter will look like before I enter it.
I can allow my work to change.
I can search for new forms, new ways of sharing, new ways of connecting with people — forms that meet the woman I am becoming, rather than trying to keep serving the woman I once was.
There is something incredibly liberating about that.
Because growth is not always about becoming bigger.
Sometimes it is about becoming deeper.
More truthful.
More willing to trust the quiet knowing inside.
And perhaps the greatest change of all is the moment we realise that we no longer need everyone around us to confirm our choices before we can make them.
That does not mean we stop listening to others
It means we learn to listen to ourselves as well.
There is a particular strength in making a choice from within — not from fear, not from the need to please, and not from the desire to be understood by everyone.
But perhaps every ending also carries an invisible beginning.
A new way of loving.
A new way of working.
A new way of caring for ourselves.
A new way of meeting the people we love and meet.
With a lot
Of love sharing this with you ❤️‍🔥
