Submit Your Article:

Follow these four simple phases to ensure your content looks perfect in our digital magazine.

Phase 1: Content Creation 📝

• Drafting: Write your article in Microsoft Word or similar.
• Length: Keep content concise (maximum 350 words).
• Structure: Include a compelling Title, a Sub-title, and a clear Call-to-Action (e.g., website link or button text).
• Audience: Ensure content is suitable for all ages.
• SEO: Include relevant keywords and a short summary (Meta Description) to help readers find you online.
• Category: Choose one category for your article:

  • Activities that Energise
  • Wellbeing Insights
  • Community

Phase 2: Visual Assets 🖼️

• Quantity: Select 1 or 2 high-quality images.
• Dimensions: Maximum width of 1200px.
• File Size: Keep files under 5MB.
• Copyright: Images must be royalty-free. If credit is required, you must provide the photographer's name. Advertisers are fully responsible for image rights.

Submission Checklist:

1. Copy and paste your text directly into the email body.
2. Attach the original Word document (as a backup).
3. Attach your images separately to the email.
4. Check for spelling, correct links, and photo credits.

Payment Terms:

• Currency: Payments accepted in Euro (€) or GBP (£).

• Go Live: Publication is guaranteed within 7 days of payment clearance.

• Approvals: Diana and Elaine reserve the right to refuse publication of unsuitable content.
• Refunds: No refunds are offered once booked.
• Quality: Articles must be submitted directly to the Copy Editor to ensure high-quality reproduction.
• Liability: The advertiser bears full responsibility for ensuring photo credits are accurate.
