Rose retreat at Lovitall event 20th of September - Lagoa

Claiming my space, shining my light instead of holding back and playing small. It took me some time to find the way to get rid of everything that held me back to really be my full and unapologetic self. It turned out that a lot of the things that kept me small were rooted in the women in my lineage. 

I carried things from my mom, my grandmother and even women further back in line that I didn’t know about. It felt so good to free myself from things that I dragged along without being aware of it, except for feeling that ‘something was withholding me. 

Now I am finally  feeling more and more free to live my own life and shine my full light.

The 20th of September is a beautiful moment to honour our feminine roots. On that day I host the Rose retreat at the Lovitall Event in Lagoa, a full afternoon where we go back into our feminine roots through a constellation of 7 generations of women in our lineage. To release what we carry from them, free ourselves from burdens which are not ours. And also to retrieve the strength of the women in our lineage, the wisdom they carried, the talents they had, the feminine power and the courage.
We also go back to the source of our feminine energy, mother earth. To reconnect and recharge with her beautiful pure and loving energy.
